We work with handmade and manufactured products in our country, so all measurements and/or size guides are approximate. Payment Methods

When selecting any of the forms of payment, it must be taken into account that the confirmation of the purchase is subject to the authorization of the bank or financial institution. When selecting a form of payment through collection networks, the selected product(s) will not be reserved for purchase until the transaction is authorized and confirmed. Coppelia Tienda will not be responsible for lack of stock of the item(s) selected for purchase.

Shipping or withdrawal in store of products

You will be informed via e-mail the status of your purchase so that you can follow the process of it.
Purchases will be subject to deadlines that are specified in the purchase process, these being approximate and subject to the availability of the distribution company. Coppelia Tienda will not be responsible for risks, delays, modifications and/or loss by third parties, nor will it be responsible for errors resulting from incorrect data in the identity record and/or delivery address referred to in the purchase request, being the user responsible for paying the corresponding charges.

Coppelia is incorporated as a Uruguayan company, with tax domicile in Uruguay and governed by Uruguayan law. The operations and/or purchases made on the website will also be governed by Uruguayan law, with extension of jurisdiction for the judicial courts of the City of Montevideo, and excluded from the scope of any international instrument related to the international purchase and sale of merchandise.
